Suzanne graduated from the University of Guelph with a Masters degree in Family Relationships and Human Development and has been practicing as a Registered Psychotherapist in the Guelph community for over 15 years.
Suzanne offers a client-centred, trauma-informed approach to help children, teens, and adults achieve their goals.
She specializes in working with families to decrease conflict and improve parent-child/teen relationships.
Suzanne also offers support for any of life’s challenges including: anxiety, depression, separation/divorce, parenting plans, PTSD, chronic pain, abuse, and grief.
Jessica passionately provides support to parents and children in her practice. Jessica completed her Masters of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University as well as postgraduate coursework in Behavioural Science from Florida Institute of Technology and advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International as well as other training in: Attachment, Children’s Mental Health, Play Therapy, Birth Trauma, Childhood Trauma, Complex Behaviours, and more.
Jessica provides support in the following areas:
- Perinatal Mental Health: Conception/infertility, miscarriage/loss, birth trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, relationship challenges, and transitioning into parenthood.
- Families and Children: Behavioural concerns, family changes and transitions, mood or anxiety disorders in children, and challenging life situations.
- Parenting Support: Jessica will work with you to parent in a way that aligns with your values and helps you be the parent you want to be for your kids!
