It's almost Yoga Time again! Kristin Honey is our Yoga Instructor and she designed some pelvic specific classes so you can continue to build and strengthen your Pelvic Floor! She can help with Midfulness and Relaxation this fall in one of her three classes being held this fall.
As Women we go through enough pain and stress that we should not have to sit and suffer through Pelvic Pain or Incontinence as well.
